Do you offer no-cost initial consultations?

Do you work outside Texas?

Are you available as a testifying expert?
Yes — and as a consulting (non-testifying) expert. Many engagements begin as consulting and convert if and when the case requires sworn testimony.
How are engagements billed?
Engagements are typically scoped to a written letter with a retainer drawn against an hourly rate. Fixed-fee and capped-fee arrangements are available for narrowly-scoped projects.
